Residential Electrician in Whitby
One licensed team for everything electrical in your home, from a single dead outlet to a full renovation. Flat quotes and tidy work, every visit.
Some electrical jobs are big and obvious: a panel that needs upgrading, a basement being finished, a house being rewired. Most are not. They are the ceiling fan that needs hanging, the outlet behind the couch that stopped working, the switch that buzzes when you dim it.
We handle both ends of that spectrum across Whitby and Durham Region. As a master electrician led team, we treat the small calls with the same care as the big ones: a flat quote up front, code-compliant work, and an ESA permit whenever the job needs one. No job too small is not a slogan here, it is most of our week.

Work done, home tidy
Code-compliant work, ESA permit where required, and we clean up after ourselves.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Single outlets, one light fixture, a ceiling fan swap. Small calls make up a large share of our schedule, and they get the same flat-quote treatment as a full renovation.
When does home electrical work need an ESA permit?
Most work that adds or modifies wiring needs an ESA permit (formally a notification of work). Like-for-like swaps of an existing fixture or receptacle generally do not. We file the permit for you on every job that requires one, and the cost is included in your quote.
Can you fix work a previous contractor or DIYer left behind?
Very often, yes. We trace what was done, explain what is safe and what is not, and quote the corrections. If ESA has flagged deficiencies at your home, we can repair them and arrange the follow-up inspection.
Do you service the whole house or just the problem?
Your call. We fix exactly what you booked us for, and if we spot something genuinely unsafe along the way we will point it out, explain why it matters, and leave the decision with you. No upsell pressure.
