Who actually shows up to my job?
The master electrician who runs the company, with help on larger jobs. We do not dispatch strangers under our name.
Do you subcontract work out?
No. The work quoted under our licence is done under our licence. If a job genuinely needs a different specialist, we tell you instead of quietly farming it out.
What warranty comes with the work?
A written workmanship warranty on every job, on top of manufacturer warranties on the parts we install. If something we did is not right, we come back and make it right.
